G&W Home Developers is a residential builder working across the UK. We take on the whole life of a house: building it from the ground up, extending and restoring it as families change, rebuilding it when something goes wrong, and keeping it sound in between.
One team, one contract
Surveyors, designers, site managers and trades work for the same company. You get one contract, one programme and one person to call.
Priced before we start
Every quotation is itemised against agreed drawings. If anything changes, it is priced and signed off with you in writing first.
Here after handover
Our maintenance team looks after the homes we build and restore, so small problems are caught long before they turn into big ones.

A plan puts your home on a schedule: inspections, gutter clearance, small repairs and a written condition report each year, plus priority call-outs when something goes wrong.

Survey
A free visit and measured survey. We tell you honestly what’s possible, what it’s likely to cost and what permissions you’ll need.

Design & approvals
Drawings, structural calculations, planning and Building Regulations. You receive a fixed, itemised quotation.

Build
A named site manager, a written programme and a progress update every week until the work is done.

Handover
A snagging walk-round, completion certificates and your guarantee pack. Then, if you want it, ongoing maintenance.

07Questions
Do you handle planning permission and Building Regulations?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and structural calculations, submit the applications, and deal with the planning authority and building control until you have your completion certificates.
Are your quotes fixed-price?
We give you an itemised, fixed-price quotation based on agreed drawings and a specification. Any change is priced and agreed in writing before the work goes ahead.
Can you work with my insurer after fire, flood or subsidence?
Yes. We work with loss adjusters and insurers to survey, scope, price and complete reinstatement work, and keep you updated at every stage.
Will I need to move out during a renovation?
Often not. Where we can, we phase the work so a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom stay usable. If moving out would be safer or faster, we’ll tell you at the survey.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All our work comes with a written workmanship guarantee, and the details are set out in your quotation.
